1. Service Operator and Acceptance

This service is operated by AILO (ShenZhen) Intelligence Co., Ltd. By visiting the website, downloading the app, registering, signing in, or using Workova, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, stop using the service. For questions, contact us at support@workova.top.

2. Service Description

Workova automates repetitive website and desktop software tasks through recording, sign-in management, one-click and local scheduled execution, remote control, plugins, and an assistant focused on building and repairing automations.

We continuously improve the product. Some capabilities may be beta, staged, limited, or available only under certain plans, as shown in the product, order page, or actual service interface.

3. Account and Security

You should register and manage your account with true, lawful, and valid information, and you are responsible for operations, configurations, permissions, and automation tasks under your account.

Protect your login credentials, API keys, third-party authorizations, local device permissions, and local file access. If you notice abnormal use, update credentials and contact us promptly.

4. User Content and Automation Results

You retain rights to content you lawfully submit and authorize Workova to process it only as needed to provide the service.

AI output, automation steps, and tool execution results may be affected by model capability, context quality, third-party APIs, system permissions, and network conditions. Review results before using, publishing, submitting, or executing them.

5. Third-Party Services and Models

Workova may connect to or call third-party models, cloud services, payment services, browsers, terminals, code repositories, collaboration tools, and external systems you configure.

Availability, pricing, rate limits, data handling, interruptions, and responsibilities of third-party services are governed by their own rules. You must ensure you have permission to use them.

Third-party software, SDKs, and browser components used by Workova remain subject to their respective licenses. See the Third-Party Software and Licenses page and the linked official terms for component names, license types, and download or distribution methods.

6. Usage Restrictions

You may not use Workova for illegal activities, infringement, system abuse, access-control bypass, malware distribution, bulk harassment, data misuse, or other improper conduct.

You may not reverse engineer, maliciously stress test, bypass billing or limits, impersonate others, share unauthorized plan benefits, or use the service in violation of applicable laws or platform rules.

7. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

For security, compliance, product adjustment, third-party service changes, or operational needs, we may adjust features, plans, APIs, download channels, or service scope.

If you violate these terms, laws, regulations, or platform rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service and reserve legal rights.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We work to provide stable and reliable service, but do not guarantee that AI output, automation results, third-party APIs, or network environments are always accurate, complete, continuous, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond legal requirements for indirect losses, lost expected profits, or data loss caused by your configurations, authorizations, automation tasks, or third-party services.
