1. Service Operator

This service is operated by AILO (ShenZhen) Intelligence Co., Ltd. We respect your privacy and process service-related information under the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, and good faith.

If you have questions about this policy or personal information processing, contact us at support@workova.top.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Workova website, desktop app, account services, downloads, customer support, online sync, documentation, and related operational services.

When you connect Workova to third-party models, websites, browsers, messaging channels, or external application sign-ins, those services may process information under their own privacy policies and service rules.

3. Information We May Process

To create accounts, identify users, provide subscriptions, or support customers, we may process your email, login status, order records, contact details, feedback, and necessary account configuration.

To keep the product stable, we may process device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, operation logs, network status, and feature usage records.

When you use optional sync, model calls, remote device messages, channel commands, or customer support, we may process task descriptions, run summaries, file names, locally selected context snippets, and content you choose to upload.

4. Local Execution and Automation Content

Workova is a local-first automation product. Browser and desktop actions, schedules, sign-in environments, raw recordings, and artifacts run or remain on your device by default.

Information required for a feature is sent to servers or relevant third parties when you sign in to Workova, use mobile or channel control, enable sync, use the automation assistant, or submit support materials. Models receive only the necessary context selected and redacted on your computer.

Do not submit personal information, trade secrets, sensitive credentials, or legally restricted data that you are not authorized to process.

5. How We Use Information

We use necessary information for login, service delivery, order processing, subscription entitlement checks, feature operation, troubleshooting, security, support, and product improvement.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing or profiling without authorization.

6. Third-Party Services

Some Workova features may rely on model providers, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics, error tracking, email services, or external tools that you configure.

We aim to choose third-party services with reasonable security capabilities and share only the information needed for the relevant feature. Your accounts, keys, permissions, and data processing rules on third-party platforms are managed by you and the third party.

7. Storage and Security

We use reasonable measures such as access control, encrypted transmission, permission isolation, and log review to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting account passwords, API keys, browser login status, terminal permissions, and local file access permissions.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may manage your account, subscription, sync settings, third-party authorization, and local data through the product, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of relevant personal information.

Certain information may need to be retained for security audit, dispute handling, financial compliance, or legal obligations as permitted by law.

9. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy based on product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. The updated date will be shown on this page, and material changes will be notified in a reasonable way.

For questions, complaints, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us at support@workova.top.
